Tim became a Hawaii real estate agent in 2006 and received his Broker license in 2013. The early years of Tim's real estate career were devoted to Poipu development sales such as; Kukui'ula, Wainani, and Koloa Landing.
Through these experiences Tim gained extensive knowledge and understanding about these luxury Kauai properties.
In 2009, he returned to general brokerage sales. "I enjoy helping people with their Kauai real estate needs. This career has allowed me to use my skills and gifts to help many people", says Tim.
Consequently, Tim's confident and outgoing personality landed him 2 episodes on HGTV's "Hawaii Life".
In addition to the required real estate continuing education courses, Tim maintains his accreditation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABR, and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, RENE.
Tim enjoys golf and the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships on the course. When not golfing, you can find Tim on his Stand Up Paddleboard at Poipu Beach.
Like his three older brothers, Tim served in the U.S. Air Force, which introduced him to mainland and international travel. He quickly learned how special his island home was.
In 1984, Tim married his wife, Lynn, a now-retired CPA. Together, since their 25th anniversary, they serve their Kauai community by hosting a free marriage seminar called, "Love and Respect" several times a year. They have 2 adult sons, a grandson and a golden retriever.
Being an avid musician, Tim recorded a CD, "Hele On To Kauai" in 1990. He is also an accomplished drummer and currently serves on his church's worship team.
